This studio for 2 people is located in the romantic town of Rovinj on the north coast of the Adriatic Sea. It is quiet, only 500 m from the sea, 1 km from the center and the old town of Rovinj. In just a few minutes by car you can explore other sights and cities of Istria. Sports fields (soccer, tennis, etc.), the nearest restaurants and shops are only 200 m away from you.

The 30 m² studio (living room, bedroom and dining room are in one room) has a double bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and a balcony with a view of the city.

The accommodation is equipped with wireless internet and air conditioning. Outside there is a private, furnished balcony available. For all guests of the house there is also the garden, shared terrace with grill and parking on the property.

In addition to free bicycles, the owners also offer a free boat trip (by arrangement during the stay).
