The studio is located in the romantic town of Rovinj on the west coast of Istria. The property is in a great location just 500m from the sea and 1km from the center and old town of Rovinj. In just a few minutes by car you can explore other sights and cities of Istria. Sports fields (soccer, tennis, etc.), the nearest restaurants and shops are only 200 m away from you.

This comfortable studio for three people consists of a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a view of the city.

The accommodation is equipped with wireless internet and air conditioning. A beautiful garden, grill and parking lot are available to guests.
