It is in a great location just 500 m from the sea, 1 km from the center and the old town of Rovinj. In just a few minutes by car you can explore other sights and cities of Istria. Sports fields (soccer, tennis, etc.), the nearest restaurants and shops are only 200 m away from you. Most of the apartments are available all year round, are well equipped and pets are unfortunately not available despite the “pet-friendly” owners. Bicycles in the lobby are available to all guests free of charge, provided they can be used free of charge. In addition to free bicycles, the owners also offer a free boat trip in the early evening (by arrangement during the stay).
